Try not to manipulate data when you create infographics but okay to cater towards more extreme data points over the less interesting ones. There are many ways to present the same argument. For example, you can say that you will get 1, 6% of Americans in a car accident this year, or you can say 5 million Americans will get a car accident this year. The correct numbers, however, 5 million more than 1.6 percent.
