Our Latest Research Linking Employee Engagement Scores with Job Performance Ratings Has the Media’s Attention

In the past week alone, nearly every major business media outlet has featured our research study titled Job Performance Not a Predictor of Employee Engagement.

The study, debuting a new kind of HR metric that links employee engagement survey scores with performance appraisal scores found that in 42% of the organizations studied, low performers report being MORE engaged than high and middle performers.
